SPRINGTIME · POLICIES & TERMS

Shipping & delivery policy

Delivery availability, charges, estimated timing and support for issues involving SpringTime orders.

Effective date: 22 October 2026.

1. Coverage and delivery methods

SpringTime arranges delivery to the address and using the method agreed with the customer. Availability depends on the product and carrier. Coffee, ingredients, heavy equipment and fragile products may require different packaging or transport arrangements.

Business orders, phased deliveries, machine installation and exports follow the logistics plan in the quotation or contract. International trade terms apply only when expressly agreed.

2. Processing and estimated delivery

Estimated delivery timeframe: standard delivery of in-stock products in 2–5 working days after order confirmation and completion of dispatch conditions. The specific delivery schedule is confirmed for each order. Custom roasting, grinding, packaging, equipment procurement and OEM production lead times are separate.

The specific schedule is communicated before confirmation. Incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, weather or transport disruption may affect timing; SpringTime coordinates updates and alternative arrangements. If delivery exceeds the agreed estimate, customers may request tracking, adjustment or another resolution under their applicable rights.

3. Shipping and additional charges

Charges depend on the destination, weight, dimensions, insurance and service selected. Handling, upstairs delivery, installation or redelivery charges may be collected only when disclosed and accepted.

Any free-delivery promotion must state its conditions and duration. Nationwide free shipping is not assumed without an announced programme.

4. Checking a delivery

  • Match the recipient, order reference, products and quantities.
  • Check packaging and seals for tears, moisture, dents or breakage; record abnormalities with the carrier.
  • For coffee and ingredients, check labels, expiry dates and packaging. For equipment, check the model and accessory list.
  • Photos or unboxing videos help verification but are not the only acceptable basis for a complaint.

If the carrier does not permit inspection, record the exterior condition and contact SpringTime when a problem is found after opening. A signed delivery receipt does not exclude latent defects or issues that could not reasonably be detected on delivery.

5. Missing, incorrect, damaged or lost goods

Send your order reference, contact details, a description and any available evidence by email or hotline. SpringTime coordinates with the carrier and discusses replacement, supplementary delivery or a refund according to the cause and applicable policy.

Do not return goods or repair equipment without instructions, to avoid unnecessary costs and preserve evidence. The absence of a joint inspection record does not automatically remove your lawful rights.

6. Address changes, redelivery and exports

Request changes as early as possible before dispatch. Rerouting or redelivery costs resulting from customer changes must be confirmed first. Problems caused by SpringTime or its appointed carrier are handled transparently.

For exports, delivery location, documents, insurance, customs and allocation of risk are specified in the contract. Domestic delivery terms do not automatically extend to international shipments.
