1. Responsible entity and scope

SPRINGTIME PRODUCTION AND SERVICES TRADING COMPANY LIMITED operates springtime.vn and receives information through the website, email, phone and official contact channels. This policy covers information relating to an identified or identifiable person when requesting quotations, purchasing goods, receiving support or discussing business.

Company information that does not identify a person is not automatically personal data. Do not provide unnecessary sensitive information in ordinary enquiries.

2. Information collected and sources

• Information you provide: name, email, phone, delivery address, company, product needs and enquiry content.
• Transaction information: order references, correspondence, necessary payment records and after-sales requests.
• Technical information: IP address, device, browser and interactions within the scope of tools actually deployed.
• Information submitted through social media lead forms or an authorised representative on a lawful basis.

Do not send banking passwords, OTPs, PINs or complete card details through enquiry forms. An account feature does not mean staff should know your password.

Retention periods must reflect the purpose, record type and applicable legal obligations. Enquiry data should not be kept indefinitely merely because no deletion request has been made. Data is deleted or appropriately anonymised when the purpose ends and no further retention basis applies.

SpringTime should apply appropriate access controls, account management and safeguards. Incidents must be handled and reported to affected individuals and authorities where required. No electronic system is described as absolutely secure.

6. Your rights and requests

Subject to applicable law, you may be informed; give, refuse or withdraw consent; access, correct or request a copy of data; request deletion or restricted processing; object and seek protection of your rights.

Send a request to info@springtime.vn with your name, contact details, request and enough information to identify the relevant data. Necessary identity checks may be required. Withdrawal does not invalidate prior lawful processing; deletion requests are considered alongside mandatory retention duties.

7. Cookies, analytics and marketing

The website integrates Google Analytics. Data collection, cookies and third-party services must be checked against the actual configuration; not every cookie is automatically essential. You may manage cookies through your browser and any consent controls provided on the website.

Tracking or advertising that requires consent must have a suitable mechanism before activation. A written policy does not replace correct technical configuration.
