1. Scope and parties

springtime.vn is operated by SPRINGTIME PRODUCTION AND SERVICES TRADING COMPANY LIMITED. The website presents coffee, brewing equipment, F&B ingredients, OEM/ODM manufacturing and private-label solutions. These terms apply when you browse, request advice or transact through SpringTime’s official channels.

Business, custom-manufactured and export orders are governed by the relevant quotation, approved sample and contract. Separate agreements cannot remove mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

2. Product information and prices

Before ordering, check the product name, weight, bean type, roast level and grind size. For equipment, check the model, power rating, voltage, accessories and warranty conditions. Display settings may affect image colours; delivered goods must match the confirmed specifications.

Product prices, taxes, shipping, installation and other charges must be disclosed before you confirm a transaction. A product displayed as “request a quotation” does not mean its price or availability has already been confirmed.

3. Order and confirmation process

1. Select a product or send your requirements using the form, email or hotline.
2. SpringTime checks availability and confirms specifications, quantity, pricing, charges, payment method and expected delivery.
3. Review the details and agree to the transaction.
4. Processing follows the agreed confirmation. OEM/ODM orders proceed after sample approval, any agreed deposit and the applicable contractual conditions.

An automated acknowledgement only records your request; it does not confirm every commercial condition. Pricing or information errors are discussed before fulfilment. If you do not accept a correction, amounts already collected for any unfulfilled portion are addressed under the agreement and applicable law.

4. Rights and responsibilities

SpringTime is responsible for accurate information, delivery in accordance with the agreement, receiving complaints and protecting personal information. Customers provide accurate contact details, make agreed payments and use and store products as instructed.

Do not use the website for impersonation, malware, unauthorised access or unlawful content. Website materials and trademarks belong to SpringTime or their lawful owners; reuse requires permission or another lawful basis.

5. Changes, cancellations and disputes

Contact us promptly to change or cancel an order. Options depend on preparation, roasting, grinding, printing, equipment procurement and shipping progress. Any resulting charge must have a valid basis and be clearly explained. Custom products follow their specific agreement.

Include the order reference, product, issue and relevant records when raising a concern. SpringTime reviews the information and discusses a resolution. Customers retain the right to seek protection from competent authorities. Signing for a delivery does not automatically remove the right to report a problem.

6. Related policies and changes

Payment, shipping, personal information protection and returns are covered in separate policies. Published changes must identify their effective date and cannot automatically reduce rights already established for earlier orders.
